I love this grey shepherd. It is a very simple, easy and versatile recipe, that I could probably make several times a week. It has a great texture and a slight sweet-sour flavor that is perfect when paired with a salad for a quick side.

The recipe above is for a soup with a very high protein content. While you can create a soup with just a little protein, it’s a little more difficult to do with a higher protein content. The protein in a high-protein soup is more stable and less prone to decomposition.
