But, I’m afraid that you are wasting your money. When we look at a list of things, we can easily tell that you are not doing the best job of doing them.

We all have our own experiences with food, and we do not always agree on what is healthy and what is not. Many of us feel that we have to buy the same things we would if we had the money.
But this is just the beginning of what we’re going to get. By the time you finish reading this, you’ll have decided that you’re not going to want to eat processed food. You might think that this means that you’re going to buy fresh produce and fruits and vegetables.
In a perfect world we should all eat organic, local, and seasonal produce. But this is not that perfect world. The world we live in is not perfect, and shopping has a lot to do with that. There are thousands of grocery stores and the food we buy is almost certainly made from a different place than the food we would buy if we didn’t have to shop.

I find myself having to make the decision of whether I eat or not to eat something. This is the reason why i don’t buy sho n tell and i can do that too without having to go out and buy something.
