One of the most difficult things about getting healthier is keeping the right body weight. It’s just so easy to gain weight, and you’ve probably heard of the idea of “over-eating,” but the more you know about your body, the more you realize that it’s the muscle you’ve built up over time as you move around.

It’s true! You can actually gain weight with just the right amount of exercise and eating healthy. I know I did when I was a kid. I spent hours on the treadmill doing nothing but lifting weights. I used to think that my body was made for that, but all that weight was sitting in my chest.

So if youre not already keeping a food journal, think long and hard about what youre eating and how much youre eating, and how youre feeding your body. A lot of people who are overweight or obese (and you might be thinking of this as “overweight,” but that just includes people who are heavier than normal, not overweight) have an abnormal intake of certain foods.

Weight loss or weight gain is a natural process that happens as you shed excess fat and build muscle. Excess weight is when your body is overweight, but not enough to affect your everyday physical activities. While people can shed excess weight in an unhealthy way, they can also gain excess weight if they eat too much and exercise too little. Excess weight is usually associated with eating fast food and exercising to lose weight.

However, while excess weight is more common in people who are overweight, it also happens in people who are normal weight. In other words, people who are normal weight can also gain excess weight. It’s more common in women who are overweight, but it can happen (and even increase) in boys and girls who are normal weight.

Overweight women tend to gain excess weight because they tend to avoid exercise or eat too much. It’s less common in men who are overweight. And even girls who are thin gain some excess weight if they overeat and exercise too little.

This is not an uncommon phenomenon, so if you are overweight, it may be better to get lean instead of fatter. If you are just a little overweight, it may be better to get lean instead of fatter. And if you are a little fatter, it may be better to gain some lean. So it can be a double-edge sword.

Of course there are many factors that can cause excess weight. Not only is it common for women to gain more weight than is healthy, it is common for men to gain more weight than is healthy. And it is common for people who are overweight to gain excess weight. But there are other factors that make excess weight more common.
