I think there are different levels of self-awareness. Some people are aware of themselves and others are not. Some people are aware of their actions and reactions, others of theirs. For example, I know I am aware of my actions, but I do not always think about it.

I’ve heard this before, but I really don’t think it applies here. You can be aware of the choices you make and your actions, but you still don’t always think about or pay attention to it. We are all aware of our actions, reactions, and thoughts, and we’re often unaware of it. It is what it is.

The problem is that when we don’t pay attention to our actions, reactions, and thoughts, we can become blind, or at least confused. And the same thing goes for the things we do to ourselves, such as how often we eat or exercise, or how often we sleep. It’s like we want to be more self-aware, but we don’t want to be aware of our behaviors.

To answer your question: yes, I do. The truth is that we are all on autopilot. We are all aware of ourselves, our reactions, thoughts, and activities, but because we don’t pay attention to how we’re doing it, we don’t see it. I am aware of eating when I eat, and I am aware of sleeping. But I don’t pay attention to that because I don’t want to.

But how many people are aware of themselves? How many people are aware of their actions? How many people are aware of their thoughts? Are you aware of how you are thinking about yourself? How about that time you thought you were having a heart attack and only later realized you were just having an anxiety attack. How about how many times you thought you had a stroke, and how many times you thought you had a brain aneurysm.

Many people don’t realize that when they sleep, they’re not actually asleep. They’re just sleeping. So many people don’t realize just how many times they’re aware of how they are thinking about themselves. This is a big part of our autopilot habit. We don’t realize how often we are aware of our actions and thoughts and we’re often surprised when they cause us harm.

The problem in our brains is that we are still able to think we are asleep. We are still able to think we are the only person awake in a room, even though we are actually asleep. We are not asleep, so we are still aware of this. In fact, we can even think we are awake, but we are not. This is an example of self-awareness, that a person can be aware of a certain thought, but not actually aware of what they are thinking.

Self-awareness is the ability to recognize one’s own thoughts. When a person is aware of a thought, they are actually aware of that thought. When a person is not aware of a thought, they are not aware of that thought, and so are not aware of their thoughts. It is when a person is not aware of their thoughts but is aware of their actions that they are aware of their thoughts.
