I think we can all agree that camcorder or not, the fact that he was just taking pictures on his tripod doesn’t make much sense. He was probably just taking more photos than he should have, and when he finally takes a picture, it’s because he has an interesting composition in mind. Like I said, it’s just a picture. But the fact that he keeps taking more pictures than he should has got me thinking, was there a camera in that room? Did he capture these images from a camera in a room that isnt there? That would be the end of what we know about this man. No camcorder, no tripod, only his camera and a memory card.

Yes, I know he was a professional photographer. But in my honest opinion that picture of him and a camera from an unknown location is far too similar to what I see in my room, the same lighting and a few shots from different angles that I take in my own room. And that is because I have no idea what that room is like, my memory is fuzzy and its been a few years since I’ve been back into my room.

I don’t know what I can do to change that picture. Because if I thought I could do anything to change it, I would have tried a few years ago. I’m not going to go through all of the trouble of taking a picture of david como in his room, just to make it look as similar to my room as possible.

I do realize that David Como is not a person, but a concept that has been around since the dawn of man. And as far as I know, he has never been in his own room, so you can’t really use him as an example. But that’s okay because he’s still fascinating.
