crank up

This is a photo of me that was taken by my good friend, Jessica, and shared with the world on Facebook. This is what I look like when I’m crankin’. I’m the guy that looks like I just got up and ran a mile straight and never got lost. I look like this because I’ve been working out my body and mind for a few months now and I have to constantly do that.

The idea of working out is to put the mind and body in a state of health. The two go hand in hand, and that includes the mind. It sounds simple, but the constant stress of working out and getting in shape can wreak havoc on your mind. I’m not saying to turn off your favorite TV show, but if you can’t get to that part of your brain you might consider switching it off.

I’m not going to recommend any specific workout, but I would recommend that every gym make a point to have some sort of cardio class that can be done on your own. There are so many types of cardio, it’s hard to know what will work for you. I usually go to the gym with my wife because she knows exactly what to do and I love her for that.

The first part of that sentence is probably not very helpful. But the next one is, so I’ll go ahead and say it anyway: If you’re not an active person, its impossible to crank your brain up. Most people who do not live a strenuous lifestyle do not even know they have it. The only way to crank up your brain is to be active.

Here’s the thing about being active. You need to have a heart rate monitor. If you don’t and you’re still not pumping enough oxygen to your brain, your brain will start to shut down. If your heart rate is too high, you will start to feel lightheaded, lose consciousness, and possibly die from a heart attack.

The best way to crank up your brain is to be active or very fit. Even just going to the gym at least once a week is good for your brain. So you know youre having a hard time by the time you get to the gym you should be pretty good at it.

I’m not saying that you should be pumping more than 30-35 beats per minute. I’m saying that the best way to have a good brain is to be active or very fit.

I know this is a bit of a cheat, and there are several ways to “crank up” your brain. But what you should be doing is to go to the gym at least once a week, and if you can, go to the pool too. Getting fit is good for your brain.

The same applies to any other form of exercise. You want to build muscle and burn fat. When you do that, you get stronger. So you should be doing 30-35 minutes of cardio (walking, running, biking, swimming, any other form of exercise that will help you burn fat). And if you can, also get in the pool. Building muscle is good for your brain.

And while we’re on the positive side, if you want to burn fat, you should also take in some healthy supplements such as creatine. These are protein-rich supplements that help to build muscle, and they are a good way to lose body fat.
