We do not want to take off our shoes and go home after we’ve forgotten about our feet. So instead of having a fun way to deal with your feet, why not try to make a game of it? Just try to get as much sleep as possible before you leave for work.

But you can do something about the other sleep patterns for which kids are known to have difficulties, like bedwetting. If your child has bedwetting, you can try to teach them to not wet the bed.
